We asked ourselves: what if there were a firm that could guide organizations through the entire AI journey? Not just advise, but actually build. Not just build, but ensure what's built is ethical, governed, and sustainable.

Chief Executive Officer

Michelle founded Codavyn to bridge the gap between AI ambition and AI reality. With a background in enterprise consulting and software development at Fortune 100 companies including American Express and Nike, she saw firsthand how organizations struggle to turn AI strategy into production systems.

Codavyn combines strategic consulting with hands-on engineering — helping startups, enterprises, and government agencies move from AI strategy to measurable results. Under Michelle's leadership, Codavyn earned WOSB certification and SAM.gov registration for federal contracting.
