Codavyn was born from a simple observation: enterprise organizations are stuck. Stuck overpaying six figures a year for vendor platforms they barely use. Chief Executive Officer

Michelle founded Codavyn to fill a gap she'd seen repeatedly in enterprise IT: organizations stuck between expensive vendor platforms and slow traditional consulting. With a background in enterprise consulting and a team with deep experience building software at Fortune 100 companies, she built Codavyn around a different model — senior engineers, AI-accelerated delivery, fixed-fee engagements.

Codavyn combines hands-on engineering with strategic consulting — helping enterprises and government agencies replace vendor tools, modernize legacy systems, and ship custom software in weeks instead of months. Under Michelle's leadership, Codavyn earned WOSB certification and SAM.gov registration for federal contracting.
