Building the Pipeline Into Technology
Codavyn pledges 1% of our annual profits to two organizations strengthening the path into technology careers — for those transitioning out of military service, and for the next generation of engineers.

Codavyn is a member of the Pledge 1% movement — a global network of companies that have committed at least 1% of equity, profit, product, or employee time to causes they care about.
Each year, we contribute 1% of our profits to two non-political organizations expanding access to careers in technology and engineering. We chose two partners — one focused on the men and women leaving military service, and one focused on K-12 students discovering engineering — because the engineers, operators, and analysts who'll define the next decade of American technology are already in those programs today.
1% of Codavyn's net annual profits, contributed each fiscal year.
Distributed between Hire Heroes USA and FIRST Robotics — both non-political, broadly supported across the technology sector.
We report total annual contributions and partner breakdowns at the end of each fiscal year.
Pledge 1% is the same framework used by Salesforce, Atlassian, Stripe, and thousands of other technology companies.
Both partners are non-political, well-established, and rigorous about outcomes.
Confidential career coaching, resume support, and job placement for U.S. military servicemembers, veterans, and military spouses transitioning into civilian careers.
Codavyn works in markets — federal, defense, drone systems — built by veterans. Supporting their transition into civilian technology careers isn't symbolic. It's how the talent pool the country relies on gets stronger.
Visit hireheroesusa.org →A K-12 STEM program where students design, build, and compete with robots under mentorship from professional engineers. Sponsored by Lockheed Martin, Boeing, NASA, Northrop Grumman, and hundreds of other technology companies.
The engineers we'll work alongside in five years are on FIRST teams today. Robotics, autonomous systems, and AI software are the exact disciplines Codavyn delivers — and FIRST is where they're being learned.
Visit firstinspires.org →Hire Heroes USA and FIRST Robotics span the technology workforce at both ends. One serves the men and women leaving military service after years operating advanced systems — exactly the experience federal AI and unmanned systems work demands. The other serves the students who'll graduate into those same fields a decade from now.
Both organizations are non-political. Both publish their numbers. Both are sponsored by the largest defense and technology companies in the country. And both produce measurable outcomes — job placements, scholarship recipients, engineering degrees earned.
For a small business, 1% is a meaningful number. For these organizations, it's funding that compounds year over year as we grow. That's the point.
Whether you're an organization with a similar commitment, or a buyer evaluating Codavyn, we'd be glad to talk.
